Trained in Plymouth after living in the Middle East for two years.

30 years working in theatres. Always in Emergency surgery. The last 10 years spent managing 5 operating theatres.

She retired after the pandemic and then In 2023 realised that the knowledge and experience she had, could be channeled into Elm Case Management, chiefly those clients with complex medical needs. Advocacy, teaching and constantly learning new things along the way.

Tori is our Team Leader and is very passionate about the delivery of care and support for all our clients. Her role is to support and guide our support workers, create and maintain their working rotas and to ensure they are kept fully up to date with their training needs. She has a young family which keep her very busy outside work but still has a passion for playing football and plays regularly for a local ladies football team.

Kirsty is a third-year Paediatric Nursing student with over 13 years of experience in support worker and care roles. Her background, alongside experience as a personal trainer and children's entertainer, has helped her develop strong communication skills and a passion for person-centred care. She also continues to perform in care homes around Plymouth, promoting wellbeing and connection through singing.

And she performs with the Military Wives Choir.

As Deputy Team Leader, she supports the team to maintain high standards of safe, client-focused care. and is proud to be part of a company that places its clients and staff at the heart of everything they do.
